Ergon
The young Flink succeeds in securing ERGON as the marketer of the Flink system. The ergonomic backpack system fits perfectly into the expansion strategy of the German bike specialist ERGON.
The backpacks have won several design and innovation awards, transforming ERGON from a supplier of bicycle grips into an ergonomics specialist with diverse products.
Other customers take notice of Flink, including SKROSS, who had already seen success with their functionally compelling 2-pin travel adapter.
The task for the young developers: navigate through a jungle of international standards to create a 3-pin variant of the adapter with an appealing design.
Curdegn and Remo dive into this complex challenge, designing, shaping, optimizing, and overseeing the industrialization process until it was ready for mass production. They created one of the world’s best-selling travel adapters, still available unchanged in stores today – a benchmark in design.
2007
Skross
The final theses served as a springboard and starting point for challenging and instructive projects. Over the years, a great deal of know-how was accumulated and valuable partnerships were forged.
Gema is a global leader in powder coating solutions. In 2009, we were given the opportunity to create initial designs for this innovative company.
Over the years, we have redesigned our entire product range, including:
– Handheld devices, powder trolleys, automatic pistols,
– Plant design and corporate identity,
– Control units and operating elements,
– UX design and process flows.
Integral product development together with the engineers and product specialists at GEMA is a task we are passionate about undertaking.
2009
GEMA
We are developing a multifunctional construction site solution for Geberit. In collaboration with electronics specialists, we are designing a compact, extremely robust, easy-to-use and, above all, practical pipe welding machine for plumbing professionals.
Together with our production partners in Asia, we develop and manufacture the durable housing, the robust textile components, the absorbent foam inserts, the water-protected cooling unit and the elaborate EMC shielding.
2011
Geberit
Together with the specialists from Bemer, we develop sophisticated veterinary medical solutions.
These projects are exciting for several reasons. They require a high degree of ergonomics and usability. Furthermore, integrating electronic components such as control units and complex coils into the textile presents an additional challenge for development and production.
In addition to the veterinary line, we also develop and produce for the Bemer human line, which, due to its medical certification, places additional demands on our development and production services.
